job description:
acquisition of bts and transmission sites
• establish contact and liaise with property owner
• coordinate and attend the site survey with rf, and construction teams
• review in conjunction with the technical team construction drawings and make necessary changes
• negotiate and conclude acceptable lease agreements with landlords of approved candidates sites
• request and verify the landlord’s title

project manage the lease agreement and renewal process to completion

ensure unimpeded access to the property by mtn technical staff

management of sundry site acquisition activities
• ensure proper filing of site documents
• resolve relevant site related complaints
• database update
• report on weekly activities

job conditions: tool of trade vehicle provided must have valid drivers license open plan office ability to work extra hours reporting to: site acquisition team lead

required skills:
at least 3 years experience in related function preferably within a telecoms environment
employment status :
permanent qualification:

a first degree in law or estate management
