<ul><span id="lblDescription2">
<li>Prepares listing, post additions and run depreciation in FAR.</li>
<li>Ensures fixed assets disposal are correctly accounted for.</li>
<li>Analyzes Capex Auto accruals and ensures accuracy and completeness.</li>
<li>Reviews and approved manual journal schedules and ensures that these are  posted accurately and on time</li>
<li>Prepares relevant input into Deferred Tax templates and lead schedule.</li>
<li>Manages month end closure for Fixed Assets section and ensues timely and  accurate completion.</li>
<li>Analyzes depreciation variances within the month.</li>
<li>Prepares age analysis of CIP and obtains justification from budget champion,  as required.</li>
<li>Ensures completeness, accuracy, valuation and ownership of the company&#8217;s  assets as reported in the MRP/LRP and statutory financial statements.</li>
<li>Prepares LRP schedules within set dates.</li>
<li>Ensures that Fixed Assets balances in MRP tie to LRP balances; analyses and  makes required adjustments.</li>
<p></span></ul>
<p><span id="lblDescription2">Prepare the Project Tracker, Accounts Analysis, Insurance Schedules and Audit  Schedules as per set dates:<br /></span>
<ul><span id="lblDescription2">
<li>Assigns each additional asset cost a project name as defined in the Planning  Board and ensuring that monthly additions tally with MRP assets additions in  USD.</li>
<li>Properly classifies and costs projects in WIP as per MRP reported  balance.</li>
<li>Ensures that all Capex Balance Sheet Accounts are analyzed by the 15th of  the following month and all invalid items adjusted within a month.</li>
<li>Prepares quarterly fixed assets additions schedules for insurance cover  purposes and reviews premiums to confirm accuracy.</li>
<li>Prepares the Fixed Assets Lead schedule for quarterly audit purposes and  responds to audit queries.</li>
<p></span></ul>
<p><span id="lblDescription2">Ensure that Fixed Assets are tagged and physically verify Fixed Assets:<br /></span>

<div>Monitors the Tagging and verification all Company&#8217;s assets.</div>

<li>Supervises/reviews the reconciliation of assets against the Fixed Assets  Register and ensures that they tally.</li>

<p><span id="lblDescription2">Optimise the Fixed Asset accounting systems:<br /></span>

<li>Continually reviews fixed asset systems and processes and ensures that they  are optimal and are embedded with relevant controls; proposes improvements as  required.</li>
<li>Develops customized reports for reforecast purposes.</li>
<li>Ensures timely availability of ad hoc reports.</li>
