THE INSTITUTE
A new Technical Vocational Education Institute (TVE) designed to educate and train students in Printing and Multimedia Technology and other related programmes is being established in Enugu. The objective of this Institute is to produce lower and middle level technical manpower in the sector. The Institute will run full time and part time programmes at national diploma and certificate levels in line with NBTE minimum standards and Federal Ministry of Education guidelines.
Position:

Director of Studies
‘The candidate will be charged with the coordination of the programmes of the institute. He will assist the Rector in ensuring the efficient running of all programmes.

Requirements:
i. Minimum of BSc in printing or multimedia or equivalent qualification as
Engineering with relevant certifications.
ii. MSc in the relevant field will be an advantage.
iii. 3 years teaching experience preferably in a similar institution.
iv. Membership of relevant professional institute including TRCN.
v. Not more than 40 years of age.

Tenure and Conditions of Service:
Conditions of service are attractive and similar to what is obtainable in similar privately owned institutions. However, all positions are for a probatory period of 2 years.

The referees should be able to attest to the candidate’s claims of achievements and character. All applicants must attach photocopies of all credentials and relevant documents to their applications.
