Contract skilled level position in the Telecommunication sector at Telkom SA Limited in Centurion (Pretoria) in South Africa (Gauteng).
Contract period of 12 months

Required qualification and experience: A grade 12 (matric) with English, Mathematics and Accounting. A post-secondary education in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field will be an advantage. Excellent verbal and written business English skills will also be required. Advanced MS Word and Excel skills. Experience in Project Management and/or Administration.
Special requirements:
A valid driver’s license.
Able to travel between Pretoria CBD and Centurion.
The objective of this position is to create business cases in support of Cybernest’s business and technical initiatives. Reporting to a Business Case Specialist, this position is for a person experienced in document writing, which has full knowledge and experience in the techniques and methods of proposal writing and understands company formats and requirements for quality, presentation and customer focus.
Successful candidates will be expected to drive the business cases from definition through to closure, including tracking and reporting. This will require the incumbent to gather, collate and format data in order to meet the requirements for the submission of a business case. The incumbent will work with various other teams to collect and organise all the necessary information items.
Specific outcomes:
Work with different teams to understand, gather and document requirements.
Co-ordinating, preparing and validating the cash in an out flow requirements for submission to the applicable committees.
Co-ordinating, controlling and modifying changes on approved business cases.
Facilitate user sessions and group meetings; ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner.
Work with Project Managers to facilitate project deliverables and liaise with technical and business staff on the development and actualization of the requirements.
Adhere to project management disciplines to ensure repeatable and consistent delivery of projects to management.
Liaise with Procurement.
