We are recruiting for a Senior-level position managing IT risk assurance, business resilience and performance assurance services in our Assurance practice in Ghana. A minimum of 6 years’ relevant work experience (two of which should be at a managerial level) is required.  This a highly varied and demanding position working with the firm’s leadership group and extensive client base.

Areas of responsibility

  • Manage the IT risk assurance and related services to our numerous clients
  • Manage the business resilience and performance assurance services
  • Client relationship management with focus on key decision makers
  • Enhance marketing structures, systems and processes within the team
  • Manage and report against budget to Assurance management team

Requirements

  • Extensive knowledge in IT risk management, business continuity and information security
  • Extensive knowledge in business controls across various industries
  • Excellent written and verbal communication – highest standard of English
  • Strong internal and external client engagement skills, including stakeholder management
  • Strong people management skills of self, team and senior stakeholders
  • Extensive and proven project management skills
  • Good problem solving ability
  • Business development and negotiation skills
