Key performance areas

  •         Provide financial Administrative support in the processing and issue of purchase order numbers. Tasks include but are not limited to: relocation admin, IA Management and recruitment agencies.
  •         Comprehensive National Employee Lifecycle administration support related to the JML process and inclusive of extensive support to payroll. Composition of contracts and Confidentiality agreements; conduct, receive, check and submit Admin Packs & monthly payroll changes; composition of JML announcements; org chart updates, leave administration, communication of legislated or requested payroll changes, issue of payslips, petty cash and petrol claim management (where applicable), time and attendance management (where applicable) and any other reasonably requested tasks from time to time.
  •         Support of the Wellness Portfolio in all wellness related events. Tasks include but are not limited to: sourcing and confirming service providers, completing and submitting application forms, partnering with various functions to increase awareness within the business nationally, etc
    Administering both the electronic and paper based filing system held by the Service Delivery Team. This includes maintenance of staff personnel files and the HR shared drive. Adhering to CARM & GAR Audit requirements at all times.
  •       HR metrics: measurement and evaluation of HR activity including reporting thereof
