MONITORING, EVALUATION, RESEARCH AND LEARNING ADVISOR
The Monitoring, Evaluation, Research and Learning (MERL) Advisor will be based in Abuja and will provide oversight on all MERL activities of all projects staff on various Pact Nigeria projects.
S/he will lead the design and development of program specific Performance Monitoring Plans as well as Monitoring and Evaluation plans at Pact and partner levels.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Postgraduate or Master degree in Development Studies, Research Methods, Statistics, Social Sciences, Measurement and Evaluation, Project Planning and Management or other relevant field preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of active M&E work experience in development programming required; ideal candidate will have both theoretical and practical background in M&E and skilled in qualitative and quantitative M&E methodologies and techniques.
MONITORING, EVALUATION, REPORTING AND LEARNING OPERATIONS (MERL) ASSISTANT
The Monitoring, Evaluation. Reporting and Learning (MER) Operations Assistant under the supervision of the
Monitoring, Evaluation. Reporting and Learning (MERL) Officer.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
BA in statistics, Mathematics, Social sciences, community or public health with at least 2 years of experience.
Experience working with Civil Society Organizations and government Proficiency in report writing
Experience in facilitating Organizational Capacity Assessment (OCA). Focus Group Discussion (FGD) and Social Network Analysis studies.
EXECUTIVE PROGRAM OFFICER
The Executive Officer will provide strategic management to the office of the Country Director and also ensure the effective coordination and functioning of the Management Team.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of Masters Degree in Social Sciences, Business or other relevant field
Experience in Program design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation.
Minimum of 4 years of experience assisting senior executives and managing their offices.
SECURITY OFFICER
Under the supervision of the Security Coordinator, the Security Officer will provide security support, advice and control mechanism to ensure that staff and project property arc safe and secure at all times.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of a Diploma in Management/Business Administration/Law. Security related training is a must.
A Bachelor Degree and or Post graduate training in a relevant field is an added advantage.
At least 3 – 5 years progressive experience in security, administration, and management.
HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER
The Human Resources (HR) Officer will assist with all recruitment, benefits and hiring actions. This includes but is
not limited to; ensuring completion of employee’s documentation HR administration and filing as well as
processing all performance actions and ensuring compliance with relevant company and labor practices
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B. Sc. in Human Resources Management. Social Sciences other relevant field
Minimum of 3 years relevant operational HR experience.
Good working knowledge and ability to interpret, analyzes, and explains the official framework employment regulation.
INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
The IT Officer will perform maintenance and repair of Pact Nigeria computers and peripherals. The jobholder will provide support on design and update of Pact Nigeria Website.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc. in Computer Science. Information Technology or its equivalent.
At least 3 years relevant experience in areas of Information Technology management with a minimum of 1year in an International NGO.
Relevant certifications and membership of a professional body will be an added advantage
KNOWLEDGE SHARING AND COMMUNICATIONS ADVISOR
The Knowledge Sharing and Communications Advisor will be based in Abuja and will be responsible for the
overall management, and technical oversight of an integrated knowledge sharing and communication strategy of
Pact Nigeria. The Advisor is responsible for the design and distribution of various communications materials concerning projects implemented by Pact Nigeria.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Masters Degree in Communications, Social Sciences, or other relevant field.
Minimum of7years of relevant professional experience in communications and dissemination on a project.
Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills, initiative, and good judgment
PROCUREMENT OFFICER
The Procurement Officer will assist in ensuring appropriate and efficient policies and procedures governing procurement office management and general administration support on program activities are adequately implemented.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
B.Sc. in public administration, business administration, management or any other relevant.
At least 3 years relevant experience in areas of office administration and procurement with a minimum of I year in an International NGO.
Proven experience in Office management.
SENIOR GRANTS AND CONTRACT MANAGER
The Senior Grants and Contracts Manager will administer the full cycle of grants management activities beginning from pre-award assessments. Monitoring/compliance visits and close-out procedures. The jobholder will develop grant award and award modification documents; develop negotiated memorandum of grant awards
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of B. Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business administration. economics
ACAI ACCAICPA Professional Accounting Qualifications.
Minimum of 6 years Cognate Experience in grants accounting and sub award management.
GRANTS OFFICER
The Grants Officer will assist to administer the full cycle of grants management activities beginning from pre-award assessments, monitoring/compliance visits and close-outs procedures.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of B. Sc or HND in Accounting, Finance, Business administration. economics with
ACA/ACCA/CPA Professional Accounting Qualifications,
Minimum on years Cognate Experience in grants accounting and sub award management.
Experience with accounting standards/practices of international organization a strong plus
FINANCE OFFICER
The Finance Officer plays a critical role in Pact’s financial management. With a large number of procurements and grants to local organizations. Pact’s accounting practices, oversight and financial support of its local partners is central to effective programming.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting with ACA/ ACCA/CPA Professional Accounting Qualifications.
Minimum of 3 years Cognate Experience in fund accounting.
Experience with accounting standards/practices of international organization a strong plus.
