Qualifications (MINIMUM)
A good university degree/HND in any of the Social Sciences or Business Management Disciplines.
Job Purpose
Responsible for providing excellent services to customers in terms of ticketing reservations and Aero product to generate sales and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Effect reservations & ticketing for all Aero clients to generate sales.
Fare quotes to all Aero clients to provide the best applicable fares and generate sales.
Reconciliation of sales returns to accounts for daily sales.
Promote all Aero products to create awareness and generate sales.
Answer inquiries regarding information such as schedules and procedures.
Determine space availability on travel dates requested by customers and assign/sell such when available
Competencies
Knowledge of basic airline fares and ticketing
Knowledge of cash handling and debit card transaction
Knowledge of air kiosk
Excellent Customer service skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
Detail oriented and accurate
Ability to perform basic mathematics
Ability to work under minimal supervision
Experience
1- 3yrs experience in Ticketing, Sales or Customer Service.
Added Advantage
Ability to speak and understand the local Language.

TYPERATED AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE ENGINEER LICENCE ON: BOEING 737-300/400/500; DHC8 100/200/300; Q400; HAWKER 4000 AND HS 125
JOB PURPOSE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES DEPENDS ON THE COMPANY AND THE CATEGORY OF LICENSE AND ENDORSEMENTS HELD BY THE ENGINEER; HOWEVER IN GENERAL
· PERFORM PREFLIGHT INSPECTION AND POST FLIGHT INSPECTIONS
· PERFORM DAILY, SCHEDULED AND NON ROUTINE INSPECTIONS
· AUTHORIZED TO RELEASE AIRCRAFT FOR SERVICE
· REMOVE AND INSTALL LINE REPLACEABLE UNITS (LRUs)
· TEST THE OPERATION OF AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS TO LOCATE SOURCE OF MALFUNCTIONS AND TROUBLE-SHOOT PROBLEMS
· INSPECT PARTS FOR WEAR OR OTHER DEFECTS
· DEFECT RECTIFICATION
· PERFORM ROUTINE MAINTENANCE TASKS SUCH AS CHANGING OF OIL AND CLEANING OF FILTERS
· CONDUCT AND RECORD ROUTINE AND SPECIAL INSPECTIONS AS REQUIRED BY REGULATIONS
· CERTIFY THAT MAINTENANCE PRACTICES MEET STANDARDS
· SUPERVISE AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE WORKERS
· MAKE ENTRIES INTO THE TECHNICAL LOG
· PERFORM SYSTEMS & OPERATIONAL CHECKS IN ACCORDANCE WITH AIRCRAFT MAINTENANCE MANUAL
COMPETENCIES
ABILITY TO USE TOOLS, EQUIPMENT AND MACHINERY TO PERFORM TASKS REQUIRING PRECISION, ANALYZING INFORMATION AND TROUBLESHOOTING PROBLEMS AND HAVING ORGANIZED METHODS FOR WORK.
HIGH LEVEL OF SAFETY CONSCIOUSNESS AND AWARENESS
ABILITY TO SELECT, INTERPRET AND FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS PROVIDED IN WRITTEN OR MAINTENANCE MANUAL AND TO INTERPRET REGULATIONS.
KNOWLEDGE OF NCAA REGULATIONS AND THE COMPANY’S PROCEDURE
ABILITY TO COORDINATE LINE MAINTENANCE ACTIVITIES.
EXPERIENCE
· MINIMUM OF TWO (2) YEARS COGNATE EXPERIENCE ON THE TYPE RATED AIRCRAFT LISTED ABOVE.
