The Job Role and Responsibilities
The role is that of a Relationship Manager who would primarily manage RIL Staff deployed to client locations and also cater to the clients needs as well.
The individual sort must have sound knowledge of current affairs as well as have an understanding of Nigerian labour laws and specific markets related to the clients he is handling.
Competencies and Skills Required
The Business Manager will be required to interact with outsourced stafff and clients for most part of his day and so good communication and presentation skills are a prerequisite for the job.
