Director of Integrated WASH Programme At WaterAid Africa
Director of Integrated WASH Programme: You will play a key role in shaping our programme delivery. You will be responsible and accountable for a high quality, impact and effective sustainable integrated WASH program that meet the needs of targeted people, partners and/or institutions and the contextual analysis of Tanzania’s programs and their environments.
Key Responsibilities:
You shall provide overall leadership and quality programming management to all WASH technical staff and lead on the development of strategic partnerships and delivery of WaterAid Tanzania WASH strategic mandate to all partner organisations and the sector at large.
In this role you will lead on effective delivery of WaterAid Tanzania district integrated WASH programming approach and ensure its direct contribution to global aims and related KPI.
You will support the District Local Government and local NGO partnerships to develop and implement quality district wide WASH plans to scale up sustainable WATSAN coverage in target districts.
To be successful, you’ll need to have a Masters Degree in Engineering / Public Health or Social Sciences/Development studies and Post graduate qualifications in Project Management / International development studies .You will also have a minimum of 7 years at senior management level.
