Senior Business Analyst – Data Incident Management (London)At British-American Tobacco (Holdings) Ltd

British American Tobacco are currently looking for an experienced Business Analyst specifically within the Data Incident Management Delivery area, on a contract basis.
The candidate will be responsible for:

· Stakeholder engagement and networking with global BAT data incident management community
· Working with stakeholders in requirements/design workshops to develop understanding, and document “As Is” data incident management business process and work with the business to explore and agree incremental improvements in process design, workflow, reporting, knowledge repository and application requirements for data incident management activity
· Working with business and technical groups to configure and deploy strategic data incident management application
Please note: This is an on-going daily-rate contract role, and you will be directed through a 3rd party supplier.
Essential requirements · Experience in FMCG or other large multinational, matrix managed environments with diverse teams, including contractors and consultancies
· Face to face engagement with business stakeholders in major “blue chip” consultancy environments
· Background of being effective in complex, slow moving environments
· BA skills – business requirements gathering, change management, training, stakeholder management skills
· Strong oral and written communication in English
· Business process documentation (expertise design using Visio – Data flow, process design)
· Good working knowledge using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
Desirable requirements · SAP experience
· Data Incident Management
· Good understanding around how data quality issues are resolved within different application areas i.e. from source system, master data, data warehouse, BI, Reports
· Data warehousing & Business Intelligence
· Data quality within EDW and BI
· Understanding of master data
· British Computer Society (BCS) or other Business Analyst qualification
