Objective
To acquire new business/account, and sale, delivery target set by the oganization.
Responsibilities
Acquire new businesses/accounts within designated territory
Liaises with distributors and customers to masimaze sales potentials
Collect competitors MIS and market update
Prepare and send sales reports as per defined system and processes
Coordinate, develop and groom sales reps towards organizational goals and objectives
Maintain a superb customer relationship interface on behalf of the company
Education & Experience
B.Sc/HND in Marketing or any Social Sciences with 4-8 years sales experience
Must be consumer focused and have good knowledge of Sales processes and Management.
Conversant with the brand building an FMCG especially non drink sector
Excellent Sales drive and selling skill, Good communicator and interpersonal relationship
Numerical skills, Confident and Presentable
Good knowledge of his or her territory is crucial.
Must be computer literate.
