Our Graduate Training Programme offers bright young individuals the opportunity to learn first-hand about our businesses through a carefully designed accelerated learning programme which combines the theoretical and the practical using classroom instruction, mentorship and on-the-job training. With access to the latest technology, experienced professionals and a challenging work environment, you will be given the tools to accelerate your long term personal and professional development.
Each year, we offer limited places to graduates on our Graduate Training Programme. After completing the programme, you will be given the opportunity to be placed within our firm.
In order to apply for the FBN Capital Graduate Training Programme, you must have:
- Achieved a minimum of a 2nd Class Upper Degree or its equivalent in any discipline from a reputable higher institution;
- Professional qualifications would be an added advantage;
- Good communication and numeracy skills;
- The National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) Certificate or an exemption letter.
