Secretary/ Office Assistant
Location: Lagos
The Role
Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will be responsible for:
• Maintain all office administrative and operational records
• Receive and maintain active records of visitors
• Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate staff member
• Receive, sort and distribute incoming mails
• Develop and maintain office filing and storage systems
• Type documents, reports and correspondences
• Supervise and maintain good office hygiene and cleanliness
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 5-7 year(s)
Requirements
• School leaving certificate or secretarial certificate
• Computer literate with good internet usage skills
• 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Simple book keeping and administrative ability is required
