As a member of the Systems Engineering Team/Business Development team, you will
Participate in sales prospecting and customer presentations as the technical expert and undertake all necessary pre-sales technical activities on Mechanical/Electrical/Plumbing jobs and assignments for Civil Engineering Building Construction Project. Such works will include Electrical, Vertical Transportation, drainage, Water & Sewage Treatment, Fire Protection, HVAC etc,
You will be required to prepare all technical and financial proposals for new Projects by working on and studying the RFP/RFQ for prospective projects, reviewing the MEP & Construction drawings and optimising the designs were required, identifying the systems specifications and requirements, choosing the most proper systems and products that meet the client requirements.
You will generate documentation such as, Bill of quantity, Estimate Sheet, technical submittal, and prequalification & approval documents in line with the client’s specification and drawings.
You will take part in implementing and project manage successful bids whilst assisting in the selection of Vendors and
contractors.
You will be required to work with local sub-contractors and develop a pool of relevant OEMs

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering
Must have a minimum of 7years of work experience in executing MEP engineering works including designing, estimation,
Project planning & implementation and procurement.
Hands on experience in installation, design and project works
Knowledge of Autocad or other design software
Good knowledge of a wide range of HVAC solutions and vendors
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical and presentation skills with attention to detail
Excellent team working skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability to juggle conflicting priorities and multi task
Ability to deliver tasks with very tight deadline
Thorough knowledge of the practices, techniques and materials used in the mechanical / electrical and plumbing trades
Working knowledge of safety measures and precautions.
