Job Descriptions:

  • Prepare and report Monthly and Yearly – End Accounts
  • Assist COO in the preparation of the Company’s Financial Budget and Forecasting
  • Reconcile and Analyse Accounts
  • Ensure proper implementation of company’s financial policies
  • Manage Transactions with Suppliers on credit Levels
  • Keep history/record of Transactions between Agency and clients; Agency and Suppliers
  • Conversant with costing and Management Account
  • Ensure daily maintenance and submission of cash book summary
  • Prepare staff monthly Payroll, remit pension and Payee.
  • Oversee administrative functions of the Company.
  • Ensure daily postings of all financial transactions into the General ledger

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • B.Sc /HND Accounting
  • Ability to use Accounting Software Packages  in addition to Microsoft Office tools
  • A professional Accounting Qualification, ICAN, ACA or ACCA
  • Minimum of 5 years’ Experience on the job at a Managerial level
  • Effective Communications Skills
  • Good interpersonal and Managerial Skills
