Job Purpose:
The Residential and SME Solution has grown to over N2b market by the end of 2014 according to Industry reports. Airtel Nigerian intends to make a bold step into the segment by launching Solutions targeting Homes and SMEs. This role will drive incremental revenue of $10m in this financial year and we MUST develop, maintain and grow this segment to avoid losing high value data customers.

Key Accountabilities:
Go To Market (GTM):

Lead and own the launch of Residential and SME solutions in Airtel Nigeria
Ensure Launched Residential and SME programs are executed across the Regions/Zones/States
Ensure Residential and SME packages are available across relevant channels
End to end execution of all GTM plans of SMART Device offers
Deliver Data Usage Revenue:
Data Usage Revenue from SMART Devices targeting the Residential and SME segment – Dongle, Mifi and Routers.
Design and Execution of customer/trade promotions and initiatives to drive the usage of Data on SMART devices targeting the SME and Residential Segment
Design and launch of incentive plans to drive data usage revenue from SMART Services
Lead the Sales team in driving the Data Usage on SMART devices
Lead data usage revenue on SMART devices through all channels – OWN Stores, Enterprise, CP, DCPs and Online.
Deliver Smart Device Revenue:
SMART device sales Revenue – dongle, Mifi and Routers.
Design and Execution of consumer/trade promotions and initiatives to drive the sales of SMART devices
Design and launch of incentive plans to drive SMART device sales in the Residential and SME market
Lead the Sales team in driving the Data Usage on SMART devices
Lead SMART device sales revenue through all channels – OWN Stores, Enterprise, CP, DCPs and Online
Product KPIs
Responsible for the following SMART DEVICE KPIs:
Residential and SME product Roadmap for Airtel Nigeria
Launch of SME and Residential Solutions across Nigeria with implacable execution
Lead Programs, Products and Initiatives targeting Residential and SME markets across the Regions/Zones/States.
Dongle, Mifi and Router activation penetration against Revenue Earning Customers (REC)
Data Revenue from SMART Devices
SMART device sales revenue .

Quality Gross Adds:

Responsible for design and execution of programs to drive Quality Data Gross Adds (QGA) through the channel
Responsible for designing and execution of incentive plans to drive QGA

Desired Skills and Experience:
Educational Qualifications & Functional / Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field.
Post-graduate qualification would be an added advantage
Sound understanding of charging and Billing systems

Relevant Experience:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the ISP and Telecommunications space, with a focus on product development.
Of the 5 years, 3 years should be in the ISP or Telecommunications industry
Minimum of 2 years mid management experience
Experience with customer behavior and insights from previous role.
Able to operate in a performance driven organization
Affinity with and technical knowledge of the latest technologies and services used within the industry and affiliated industries.
