Operating internationally, Seven Scent is the fragrance division of a highly successful consumer goods business that manufactures and distributes some of the leading household brands. We are now looking for a Fragrance Technical Manager to join our team.

As the Fragrance Technical Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing Seven Scent’s product development projects.
Working closely with the Technical Team, you’ll develop their skill-set and increase their understanding of market products to enable them to fulfil their potential.
Incorporating the latest fragrance technologies, you’ll develop both new and existing product development projects in-line with Seven Scent’s innovation pipeline.
Additionally, you’ll create formulas, as well as researching new materials and fragrance ingredients to further enhance our product portfolio.
Your other duties will involve:
– Maintaining a library of formulations and samples
– Liaising with suppliers and business partners to enhance Seven Scent’s service offering
– Organising stability and compatibility studies for raw materials and finished products
To be considered, you must have:
– Previous project management experience
– Experience of analysing fragrance applications
– Strong leadership skills
– A degree (or equivalent) in a scientific discipline
Analytical and pragmatic, as the Fragrance Technical Manager, you must be a confident communicator with strong time-management skills and excellent problem-solving abilities.
