1. A degree in Chemical ,Process or Mechanical Engineering with a Minimum 5 Years Experience and relevant demonstrated Management and Technical Knowledge
2. Excellent Project Management and Organizational Skills with the ability to influence at all levels for the achievement of desired results
3. Excellent Leadership Skills with proven ability to mentor, develop Technical and Maintenance Competency within the Company
4. Ensures that New Products and Processes are properly developed. Ability to work under Pressure and meet tight Deadlines with limited supervision
6. Responsible for the daily Production Activities. Responsible for the adherence of Overall Safety on all the Equipment
Basic Qualification:
B.Sc Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Science Technology and Microbiology.
Relevant Experience:
Minimum of 5 years Cognate Experience in a Fast Consumer Goods Company /Food and Snacks Industry / Agro Allied Industry / Manufacturing.
