Job Description

Overall purpose
To identify and develop new business opportunities, generate inquiries and to aggressively sell the company products (Clark Forklift & spares, Air Compressors& spares, Pallet trucks) to the target customers in Ghana and should be based in Kumasi.

Key duties

  • Proactive Selling of Clark FORKLIFTS to Existing & New Customers.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities (New Customer Development) in the region in order to create strong awareness of the company’s products.
  • Meet aggressive Sales Targets.
  • Monitor market trends and competitive activity and develop appropriate tactics to contain competition.
  • Maintain client relationship by providing an effective after sales services, Timely Response.
  • Establish new, and maintaining existing, long-term relationships with customers
  • Achieve the designated individual sales target.
  • Quoting for Products
  • Meeting customers and closing sales.
  • Maintaining sales details/registers/quotes.

Required Skills or Experience

  • A degree/HND in Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or its equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years experience
  • Technical Marketing/Sales Experience of Industrial equipments preferably Forklifts, Pallet Trucks, Generators.
  • Should have a clear understanding about market and the locations of relevant industries
  • Good communication skills
  • Good driving skills is very essential
  • The ability to build relationships with clients quickly
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
