Infobip Africa Job Vacancy for Junior Sales Manager – Johannesburg South Africa

Infobip Africa is looking for an energetic and passionate Junior Sales Manager. Our Junior Sales Managers have the skills to secure deals within the financial and public sector. You are able to help clients understand why we are different from the competition and to build and maintain a strong relationship with them. As Junior Sales Managers you will share responsibility for driving the continuous success of Infobip. Tasks that you will work on will range from strategic to very operational.

Responsibilities:

  • Intensive market research with focus on expanding the company’s customer base and identifying new business opportunities in the African market.
  • Presenting our telecommunication services to a range of potential business partners.
  • Frequently holding meetings within the given territory to boost profit and develop relationships with customers.
  • Collecting product feedback and conveying ideas for improvement to our technical teams.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Degree in Business, Finance, Management, Marketing or IT fields.
  • 2- 3 years experience in sales of banking/telecommunications/insurance services is a plus.
  • Written and spoken fluency in English.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and organisational skills.
  • Experience with client engagements and negotiating
  • Having a can-do attitude – track record of adroitness and confidence in the face of challenges.
  • Willing to travel abroad on long and short terms to meet with clients.
  • Well-mannered and easily-expressed in live communication with clients.
  • Able to present products and ideas with ease, confidence and persistence.
  • IT background is an advantage.
