The Role

Exams Officer – Abuja (Support/Administration)

The Responsibilities

You will be in charge of:

  • Administration of examinations (pre-test)
  • Exam delivery
  • Post-Examination administration
  • Marketing & Customer Service

The Person

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience of handling and reporting on payments from customers.
  • Experience providing and monitoring service to quality standards.
  • Track record of working quickly and accurately to tight deadlines

It would be great if you have the above and come with added experience in delivering examinations in a timely and secure manner as well as a qualification in examinations management.

As part of the recruitment exercise, shortlisted candidates will undergo recruitment tests and interviews in Lagos and Port-Harcourt only.

Note that there are two roles. One role is based in Lagos and the other is based in Port-Harcourt. Please signify preferred location in your supporting statement.
