Segment Overview

Cameron’s Process Systems

The Process Systems segment offers one of the industry’s broadest portfolios of standard and custom solutions for the separation and treatment of oil, gas, water, and solids for upstream, midstream, and downstream applications. These applications include standardized products for Wellhead production, FPSO topsides processing equipment, unique gas processing solutions including dehydration, cryogenics, and CO2 removal and advanced seawater and produce water processing solutions.
Job Summary The OneSurface Project Manager shall provide effective direction and coordination to the activities of the project and report on project performance and Management with respect to safety, quality, cost and schedule.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:

Execute the project in a safe, efficient and timely manner in accordance with the client agreed contract and specifications.
Ensure adequate resources and with the competencies are assigned to the project per the per the manpower profile.
Capable of establishing good client relationships and maintaining those relationships through adversity.
Ensure that company’s interests are protected and minimize contractual risk.
Comprehends contractual conditions and technical specifications and looks for cost savings opportunities.
Communicates with other managers to ensure accurate information is made available at all times to facilitate effective decision-making. Identifies problem areas, evaluates and initiates corrective action, monitors and reschedules the project schedule with respect to quality, time, and cost.
Leveraging functional business groups to solve problems and support project performance.
Maintains a record of all communications related to the project.
Develops, presents, and takes full responsibility for the project’s financial performance and is capable of presenting and reporting such information.
Identifies and records changes to the project scope of supply and negotiates variation orders for customer-driven changes.
Creates a project schedule and maintains for the duration of the project.
Ensures clear and open communication with project team members and between the project team and functional groups, changes in the scope of work and schedule are captured in the Change Management System (MOC) and the implementation of Lessons Learned.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Arabic Speaker
Able to commit to 80% travel for long durations
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma from accredited program in a relevant Engineering or Business discipline
Minimum 8 years relevant experience:
Contracts Management
Project Life Cycle Management
Project Services Management (Risk, Planning, Document Control, etc)
Processing, Construction, Manufacturing background
Technical Expertise (Civil, Processing, etc)
Potential to manage large international (EPS) scopes – $25-400Mil
Excellent Leadership and mentorship skills, and proof of resource management
