• candidate must hold a minimum of a doctorate degree from a reputable university in law, social sciences, engineering, or entrepreneurship management.
• Professors in any of these fields will have added advantage.
• in addition the applicant must be an individual with at least 10 years cognate experience in management of tertiary institutions
• candidate must have excellent ict skills.

Remuneration:
