Job Overview

Claim acknowledgement, registration, handling, follow up and settlement is within the scope.

Identified P&I related claims will, after a claims file has been prepared, be handed over to the centralised claims desk (WCA or CEN) for resolution and settlement.

The incumbent shall be the contact point not only for the customer but also for Centre Claims (CENCLM) and 3rd parties such as insurance companies and surveyors. This may be necessary when clarification, additional information or coordinated actions are required, and when these entities cannot reasonably be directed to the centralised claims handling hubs.
