Position: Group Marketing Manager (Ref: “GMM 09”)

The Job:

* Develop the Group’s Marketing Strategy with clear measurable objectives.
* Develop detailed Brand Plans and closely monitor progress against measurable objectives.
* Analyze and understand key business trends. Identify potential business opportunities.
* Report business results weekly, monthly and quarterly.
* Provide recommendations to address issues in a timely manner.
* Drive the New Product Development Process and bring about consumer focused innovation and added value.

Qualification:

* Minimum of Bachelor’s degree
* Possession of an MBA is an added advantage.

Experience

* Minimum of ten years experience in Marketing with hands on experience on both above and below the line activities
* The successful candidate will demonstrate significant skill in Concept Generation, Preparation and Execution of the Marketing Plan, be able to effectively interact and control al marketing agencies, as well as be in a position to effectively manage large cross functional project teams.

The Person:

* Results oriented and creative individual with good team leadership and coordination skills
* Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have entrepreneurial leaning

Position: Product Research & Development Manager (Ref: “PRDM 09”)

The Job:

Reporting to the Group Research and Business Development Manager, will have responsibility for implementing the research and business development program and activities of the company

Qualification:

Bachelors Degree in Food Technology/Food Chemistry/Science or a related field

Experience

* Minimum of five years technical experience in process development, R&D formulating and/or training, preferably in the Food Industry;

The Person

* Proactive, resourceful, self motivated, target driven individual with good team leadership and coordination skills. Successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have an eye for detail.
