A.   3-5 Years Experience In Hr Field
B.   Minimum Of A University Degree Preferably In Public Admin Or Hr

D.   Legal Background Will Be An Added Advantage

-   Key Responsibilities
A.   Ability To Plan, Direct, And Coordinate Human Resource Management Activities Of An Organization
B.   Ensuring That All Administrative Functions (Staff Pension Health Insurance Claims Etc) Are Properly Managed
C.   Ability To Contribute To The Development Of The Organization
D.   Managing All Legal Agreement Involving The Organization

2.   Sales/Marketing Executives
Suitable Candidate Should Possess The Following
A.   2-5 Years Experience

C.   Experience In Telecoms, Banking And Customer Service
D.   Result Oriented

B.   Increasing The Company’s Clientele Base
C.   Preparing And Presentation Of Proposals For Companies

3.   Trainer
Suitable Candidate Should Possess The Folowing
A.   2-5 Years Experience
B.   Minimum Of University Degree
C.   Excellent And Vast Training Skills In Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, Call Centre And Any Other Area Will Be Of An Advantage
D.   Quality Experience And Knowledge Of Customer Care
E.   Ability To Sell Training To Client

-   Key Responsibilities
A.   Ability To Plan Department /Functional Training Budget Forecast Costs
B.   Ability Assess Relevant Training Needs For Staff, Individuals And Organization
C.   Ability To Produce Organizational Strategy And Plans To Meet Training And Development Needs, And Manage Training Delivery
D.   Developing Training Manual
E.   Sourcing For Clients

4.   Call Centre Supervisor
Suitable Candidate Should Possess The Following
A.   2 Years Experience In A Call Centre
B.   Minimum Of Bsc Or Hnd Degree In Any Course
C.   Good Leadership And Interpersonal Skills

-   Key Responsibilities
A.   Ensure That Team Members Obtain The Appropriate Training
B.   Coordinating And Supervising The Day To Day Activities In The Call Centre
C.   Ability To Supervise Team And Evaluating Workflow For Supportive Team Relationships

5.   Secretary/ Front Desk Officer
Suitable Candidate Should Possess The Following
A.   1 Or 2 Years Experience
