Brand Management 1. Manages the implementation of the brand across multiple channels 2. Develops and coordinates brand management programme with firm wide goals, communicates with netork of other branding professionals 3. Develops guidelines for specific local market needs Marketing and Communications 1. Understands importance of strong communications, support for business strategies and how they fit together 2. Seeks and integrates information from multiple sources 3. Incorporates knowledge of firm/group strategy into written documents 4. Prepares draft communications with moderate supervision, makes recommendations 5. Proficient in use of wide range of software and technologies 6. Adapts written style/tone to audience/ strategic purpose 7. Identifies/ recommends most effective medium for each message Strategy and Planning 1. Carries out research assignments with agreed sources and prepares draft findings 2. Monitors performance metrics ( external, competitors and firm) and identifies variances and significant findings 3. Assists in the implementation of separate marketing initiatives Coaching and Facilitation 1. Identifies and learns about PwC tools used for coaching and facilitation 2. Demonstrates knowledge of PwC tools and can explain them 3. Contributes to planning for coaching and facilitated sessions 4. Actively contributes to projects as part of a group Knowledge of the Firm’s Expertise 1. Awareness of the names of the business units in each LoS 2. Promotes ‘Cathedral’ to others as a means of identifying expertise 3. Is able to quickly learn terms, issues, and trends related to a specific product or service offering 4. Other qualifications A relevant degree plus a professional Marketing qualification will be added advantage. A minimum of 8 years marketing and business experience required, preferably in a B2B environment. Membership with Zambia Institute of Marketing
