Basic Purpose:
-Develop and support the implementation of advertising and promotional programs in liaison with the marketing managers to ensure proper product and brand image for Zain and delivery of all projects and initiatives within the agreed time lines and budget.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:
-Manage relationships with advertising and media agencies to deliver excellent communications and monitor the effectiveness communications against agreed objectives -Build respect of the advertising team through efficiency and accuracy of communication
-Prepare briefs and debriefs in writing to the agency
-Monitor brand health metrics and support the development of brand
-Support the development of brand strategies for Zain Tanzania
-Maintain brand integrity across all Zain products and services, advertising and all internal and external communications

Competencies & Qualifications:
-5+ years with university degree in business, statistics, sales or marketing ;at least 2-5 years leadership experience
-Able to handle, prioritise, multiple project simultaneously
- IT literacy
-Knowledge of English and Swahili
-Business Awareness
-Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
-Excellent planning skills
-High personal standard and goal oriented
-Excellent interpersonal skills
-Strong coaching skills
-Culture sensitivity
