Contact trainer and line managers to determine the location, time, facilities and training.
Making training program and send to training manager of approval and sent to all departments concerned.
To assist HR Manager in developing the HR policies and strategies in order to ensure the provision of a professional HR service to the organization.
Provide active support in the selection of Recruitment agencies which meet the corporate standard.
Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the Hospitality Industry is required for this position.
Should be able to work with minimum or no supervision.
Must possess excellent communication skills.
