ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT

Representing the Romania office, the Administration Assistant is responsible for assisting the Sales Manager in the day-to-day functions while promoting high standards of corporate values through correspondence, telephone and personal contact.

The candidate must have the ability to interpret a variety of instructions, conversant with the principles and techniques, maintains confidentiality and able to make independent judgments/ decisions in absence of supervision.

We require a minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role with excellent spoken and written English skills. Certificate in computer applications and administration services is preferred.

SALES EXECUTIVE CORPORATE

Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Sales Executive will be responsible for generating passenger revenues in the assigned area, surpassing the allocated targets, protecting existing business and constantly exploiting new opportunities. The candidate will manage both direct corporate as well as TMC accounts, on a strategic and commercial level.

We require a minimum of 3 years of airline sales experience with an established network in the corporate segment. PC literate with knowledge of Word, Excel and Power Point is essential

Confidence, enthusiasm, strong organizational and negotiation skills are essential requirements for the job. Geographic mobility is required

BUSINESS PERFORMANCE & PRICING COORDINATOR

Supporting the Sales Manager, the role is responsible for the utilization of resources, ensuring full and effective sales administrative support is delivered in a timely manner and developing sales management and pricing processes. Additional responsibilities include the analysis of sales performance and establishing market fares in coordination with the sales team. The candidate will also lead and manage all cross functional projects and route tactical activity affecting the market and be the key interface with the Regional and Head Office.

We require a minimum of 5 or more years Airline Sales experience in a developed market environment. Excellent commercial acumen, good track record of implementing change, revenue delivery and advanced IT skills (Excel, Word and Power Point) are essential requirements of the job. Knowledge of reservations and/or ticketing as well as the market practices of the area assigned is a definite advantage

SENIOR SALES SUPPORT

We are looking for someone who is well organised and with a strong capacity to work under pressure. The successful candidate will support a team of sales executives dealing with call planning, commercial statistics and day to day work (negotiation and follow up administration).

We require a self-motivated and dynamic candidate with excellent organisation and communication skills. Good knowledge of Amadeus, IT skills (Excel, Word and Power Point) and fluency in Romanian and English (both oral and written) are required for the position.

Successful candidate should have at least 2 years sales experience within the airline industry (or travel industry, e.g. TMC’s). Knowledge of reservations and/or ticketing as well as the market practices of the area assigned is a definite advantage.

MARKETING COORDINATOR

The successful candidate is responsible for assisting the management in setting the Station’s marketing budget and the elaboration of the station’s marketing plan in coordination with the team. He/she will take responsibility for specific marketing campaigns and projects within the station and will assist with tactical and BTL activities and events.

We require 4 years experience in the airline, preferably in the commercial sector with at least two years in sales and marketing.

RESERVATIONS SUPERVISOR

The applicant must have a minimum of 5 years supervisory work experience in telephone sales, reservations and ticketing within the travel industry and sound knowledge of IATA standard reservation & ticketing procedures. Leadership skills, a sound understanding of mathematics and world geography, must be fluent in both written and spoken english language, Able to use Microsoft office (excel, word), Presentation skills.

Exposure to AMADEUS system will be an advantage.

1SENIOR/1RESERVATIONS AGENT

The successful candidate is responsible for making & confirming reservations as well as issuance of tickets for passengers. He/she will serve customers professionally through telephone or in person making sure that customer satisfaction is achieved and take all possible measures to avoid loss of revenue.

We require a minimum 2 years experience in reservations and ticketing with excellent customer services skills and strong knowledge of reservations system.

FINANCE SUPERVISOR

The successful candidate is responsible for ensuring correct and timely processing of supplier invoices, expense claims, sales reports, banking of sales proceeds in line with the company’s policies and procedures. He/she will assist in business finance and budgeting functions.

We require an accounting experience for this role, 5 years of which in airlines. Good working experience on spreadsheets and user level experience in any ERP are definite advantage.

2SENIOR FINANCE ASSISTANTS

The successful candidate will ensure correct and timely processing of documents in line with financial policies and Internal accounting procedures with HO directives.

The candidate must have a degree in accounting or equivalent with 3 years work experience in revenue and or expenditure accounting. Candidate must be proficient in business correspondence with keen analytical mind. Applicants must have exposure to any ERP system/Oracle Financial System.

AIRPORT SERVICES MANAGER

The successful applicant is responsible for managing the safe and cost effective QR operations of the International Airport and will liaise with local Airport Handling Management to ensure QR ground handling and customer service standards are met at all times.

We require the candidate to have 7 years experience within an airline Ground Services environment in varying supervisory and management roles. Extensive overall knowledge of all area of airport operations and excellent management skills are essential requirements of the job.

 

1AIRPORT DUTY OFFICER

The successful candidate is responsible for supervising and controlling flight-handling activities such as flight editing, check-in, transfers and boarding in order to ensure a high service standard delivery and achieve optimum customer satisfaction. He/she must have excellent skill to deal with flight delays, disruptions, denied boarding.

We require the candidate to have minimum 4 years experience in Airline or Ground Handling Agency. An overall knowledge of airport functions in terms of passenger and baggage handling, weight and balance and dangerous goods.

 

1SENIOR/ 4AIRPORT SERVICE AGENTS

The successful applicant will be responsible for providing quality service to passengers in respect to check-in, boarding, special services, lounges, airport hotel and baggage services as per QR’s commercial and safety standards and procedures. As the first personal contact between the Airline and its customers, the applicant will portray QR image to the highest standard ensuring that the passengers receive total quality service at all times.

We require the candidates to have one or more years experience in a customer service role preferably in Airport Operations. The candidate must have high energy level and positive attitude are necessary to perform well in this very high pressured and demanding environment.
