Job Details: The  Job:
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents;
- Maintain schedules and calendars;
- Arrange and confirm appointments;
- Handle incoming mails
- File documents, coordinate the office and perform other administrative duties.

The person:
- Good verbal and written communication skills;
- Attention to detail and confidentiality;
- Planning, organising and time management skills;
- Interpersonal skills and customer-service orientation;
- Shows initiative and reliability
- Able to work under pressure
- Intermediate level of Microsoft office packages especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint &    Outlook

Qualification:
- OND/HND in Secretarial Studies or related fields with at least a lower credit.
- 5 O’ level credits including Mathematics & English Language in not more than 2 sittings.

Experience:
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
- Proficient in basic English language skills.
