Supply Chain Assistant at Swift Oil-Lagos
Swift are working with our Client a Global Services Company in the Oil and Gas industry for a Supply Chain Assistant to be based in their offices in Lagos. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who has a background in administration, supply chain and thrives on providing excellent customer service!
Main Duties;
• Supervises the follow-up of large customer’s production order
• Ensuring the registration of requests for quotations, delivery commitment & plant pre-booking production,
• Receiving and processing purchase orders
• Assuring purchase order fulfilment and responding to customer’s needs and expectations
• Involved in request for quotations received and analysing requirements Skills Required;
• 3+ years in a similar environment
• MS Office, Excel and SAP
