The Finance Department at Transparency International Secretariat is looking for a part-time Assistant.

Main function: Assistance to Finance Department
Starting date: As soon as possible
Duration: Part-time / Temporary job (10-14 hours weekly limited for 1 year)
Location: TI-Secretariat, Berlin, Germany
Department: Finance
Reporting lines: Reports to Finance Director

Responsibilities:

  • Assistance in a wide range of activities on departmental projects including the preparation for project audits
  • Copying, scanning and filing of documents
  • Helping in the preparation of  various reports -internal and external
  • Data collection and management,posted by gblcareers.com
  • General assistance to Finance Department including helping with the processes dealing with travel cost reimbursements

Knowledge, experience and skills:

  • Ability to deal accurately with data
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office particularly Excel essential
  • Intercultural communication skills
  •  Strong English verbal communication and writing skills
  • Good team player
  •  Willingness to learn fast, take responsibility and engage
