EU EOM Framework – Implementation Team Support

International

EU- Election Observation Missions

Crown Agents continues to seek candidates for forthcoming EU-EOMs in the following “Service Provider” expert roles:

- Project Management
- Operations/Logistics
- Liaison Officers

Depending on locations, fluency in French or Spanish – as well as English – is often essential for these roles.

Proven past election observation mission experience is also essential, gained ideally on EU-EOMs although OSCE experience could be relevant, depending on the detailed nature of the role performed.

Project managers and operations/logistics experts must have relevant experience in the management and administration of international operations. Liaison Officer roles may suit former LTO’s but only if they possess proven management, logistical and administration experience.

Specific country experience is always an added advantage for EU-EOM Service Provider positions.

If you have an established track record on EOM work and would like to be considered by Crown Agents for such work as tenders are issued by the EC, please email your up-to-date CV with an indication of your availability going forward to Simon Crabtree:

At this time, regrettably we can consider only applications from experts with a proven established track record as detailed above.

Please note also, Crown Agents is not involved in the identification or selection of techical experts for EU-EOM Core Team roles, nor for Election Observer positions.
