About Your Job:You will support the Regional Marketing Manager and the European field marketing team, identify, plan and deliver marketing initiatives to drive and reach revenue budgets, department objectives and KPIs.  You will directly contribute to the delivery of the region’s revenue targets by assisting in the development of the marketing strategy for existing and new markets whilst ensuring compliance to marketing and commercial strategy across the region.

Your key accountabilities will include full involvement in all aspects of the marketing function both off-line and online as well as managing the regional budgeting and reporting for all marketing related activity.  You will support and execute a multi-channel marketing strategy for the region to deliver growth by identifying and targeting new customers whilst maximising existing customer relationships.  Supporting the execution of a cohesive brand strategy across the region you will act as a key brand guardian and will drive customer engagement in all forms of communication.

Additionally you will build strong relationships with commercial marketing partners and deliver effective marketing vehicles mutual to both departments.  Supporting the delivery of a regional marketing approach driven by data, insight and a clear understanding of the relation to return in investment will be essential along with supporting the development of marketing events, exhibitions and other promotions.

About You:You hold a Bachelors Degree preferably in Marketing or Communication or an equivalent industry recognised diploma or qualification.  You have a minimum of 2 years job-related experience as well as managerial experience and campaign development experience.  Preferably you have marketing experience within a travel or airline organisation, management of multiple markets or a multicultural environment and experience with external agencies.  PR/loyalty/Event/Market Research management would also be an advantage.

You must be able to demonstrate expert knowledge of key marketing concepts and media planning as well as having proven analytical, financial and organisational skills.  Proficiency in Microsoft Office and presentation skills are essential as well as problem solving, negotiating and influencing skills.  You can foster teamwork among team members, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and can self manage.  You will be required to travel in this role.
