The candidate must have previous experience running an oil and gas service company and should
Be able to run the affairs of a growing oil and gas company
Demonstrate Management and Leadership skills
Ensure that the Company remains profitable and supervise the activities of the organization.
Overseeing the provision of Management expertise to meet the needs of the business.
Identifying and implementing sound, profitable business strategies and best practices
Requirements General Manager Operations
Relevant Degree and qualifications
Previous experience in Fabrication in and Oil service company
Must possess high caliber organizational, planning, and supervising skills.
Must be proficient and experienced in developing comprehensive reports.
Must be decisive and able to make timely yet informed, sound business decisions.
Must possess strong written and verbal communication skills and be a clear, strategic thinker.
Ability to uphold the highest ethical standards. Must be an executive of high integrity.
Terms & Conditions General Manager Operations
For this position preference will be given to Nigerian Nationals. In case expatriate candidates are selected, it is a prerequisite he/she is tasked to mentor and train a Nigerian understudy.
