An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and committed Human Resource Manager to come on board and take ownership of the HR function and drive forward improvement and change into one of the leading companies located in Lagos.
REQUIREMENTS:
Requirement/Qualification for the Position
Minimum of BSc./HND with 3-4 years work experience preferably in Human Resource
Ability to prepare reports, proposals, policies and procedures
Excellent communicator capable of building collaborative relationships both internally and externally
Good knowledge of the basic Microsoft Office package
Ability to coordinate staff recruitment and selection process in order to ensure a timely organized and comprehensive procedure is used to hire staff.
Develop a HR Management system for accurate employee data, and ensure all policies are in line with current legislation s
Must have good listening skills, interviewing skills and provide basic counsel-ling to staff who have performance related obstacles.
