Adexen Recruitment Agency is mandated by a leading FMCG Group to recruit a Financial Analyst – Distributor Development for its operations in Nigeria.

Job description
The holder of this role will provide a comprehensive financial analysis to the sales and distribution teams and ensure that all required financial support is provided to them in managing stakeholders expectations.
The role is based in Lagos and reports to the finance Director.
Responsibilities
Provide required financial support to the Active Distribution Team as required and support in ensuring that the financial targets are met.
Conduct Financial & Due Diligence Audit of the customer proposed for AD and Auditing & Analyzing expenses
Effective tracking and analysis of Scorecards and ensuring the report is ready by day 2 after the month cut of period
Training of AD partners on an on-going basic on Basic Book Keeping Practices.
Ensuring Monthly Rebate Payment and ROI of customers
Support the project team on Risk Analysis and credit management Facilitating AD Customers in getting loan approvals from banks.
Regular Audit on customers to mitigate any risk of diversion of funds
Actively train and develop the Retail Development Managers especially on Finance for Non-Finance Managers.
Audit of various trade promotions and its impact on Active Distributor.
Forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications et experience
A University degree / HND in Sciences or Social Sciences.
5 years work experience with at least 3 years as a finance analyst.
Possession of a professional qualification in Accounting (Membership of ICAN OR ACCA)
Strong analysis and stock accounting experience is required
Preferred experience in logistics accounting
Good understanding of FMG and resource software
Advanced knowledge of financial modeling and analytical techniques essential
Broad financial experience including budgetary and financial control responsibilities
Sound Knowledge of accounting and financial principles and practice
Change: ability to work effectively in a fast moving environment
Analytical: problem analysis, evaluation and presentation of recommended options/solutions.
Multitasking capabilities with strong ability to plan, prioritize and manage multiple projects under strict timelines
