Commercial Coordinator in an Oil & Gas industry-Lagos&Portharcourt

Our client is a leading provider of services to the Oil & Gas industry.
Job description
The Commercial Coordinator will supervise the activity of a specific client – oil companies – and he shall be in charge of all the technical, commercial, administrative and financial related issues. Additionally, the responsibilities will include:
-Ensuring best practice compliance in line with customer requirements and Company standards,
– Engineering the preparation of commercial offers,
-Carrying out corrective action and customer satisfaction studies,
-Developing a good commercial awareness of the client needs,
-Minimizing commercial risk when developing sales contracts,
-Securing the contract legal aspects,
-Monitoring account receivables and ensuring timely and accurate invoicing,
-Finalising contract signature and ensure that proper hand over to company departments is executed
Who we are looking for
With a University degree in engineering or in business administration, you have a minimum of 5-years experience in contract management or business development in the Oil & Gas industry (Utilities, Construction, Logistics will also be considered for this role).
Dynamic, rigorous, with an entrepreneurial spirit, you have the ability to work on your own initiative and are capable of setting up negotiations.
You’ll possess fluent verbal and written English language. French would be advantageous.
