An international British curriculum senior secondary school in Abuja is looking for a senior Information and Communication Technology (ICT) technicians to manage their modern school ICT facilities at both of their school campuses. Successful candidate will be technical lead and supervisor to 1-2 junior
technicians.
Reports to: School IT Manager
Quantity Required: 2
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• To be responsible for the ICT requirements of the whole school
• To be the schools Network Manager and Perform basic diagnostic
routines.
Qualification and Experience 1: Qualifications/Experience:
– Bachelor’s degree in engineering/computer science or related
discipline
– 3 years’ work experience (post qualification)
– Masters degree in related discipline is a plus
– Experience in a similar learning environment is a plus
Recommended Technical Certificates:
– Microsoft Certified within the last 5 years (more than one exam
passed)
Technical Competencies required:
– Microsoft Windows Enterprise Network Management
(Server 2008R2/2012, windows 7/8 Professional)
– Microsoft Office 2010/2013 use and support
– HP ML/DL Server maintenance
– Cisco Infrastructure Support/Maintenance
– IPv4 Network troubleshooting and Management
