TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE TRAINEE (Ref: TPM-GP 01/14)
The Job
C Support the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance best practice Master plan
C Establish and monitor the company loss and waste structure and drive continuous improvement project to constantly reduce the losses and wastes.
C Build training competence by developing TPM Training materials and delivering in-house training.
C Drive 5S and good house keeping in the entire factory.
C Use TPM best practices to improve operational efficiencies.
The Person
C Good verbal and written communication skill
C Good presentation skill
C Good analytical & numerical skills
C Ability to work effectively in a team
C Demonstrated ability to work well under pressure
C Must have completed NYSC
C Not more than 26 years of age by July 2014
Qualification
First Degree in Engineering, Physics or Statistics
