Job Title: Industrial Relations Officer
Job Ref: NSML/2014/003
Job Location: Port Harcourt
Job Duties:
– you will monitor and handle provision of Nigerian Rating Manpower Service for BGT ships and participates in the collective bargaining process
– you will initiate the review of shipboard officers conditions of Service periodically in line with CBA
– you will help coordinate the company representation at social functions of NSML fleet Personnel.
Job Requirement:
. Minimum of Bsc/Hnd in Social Science
. Minimum of second class upper
. applicant should not more than 35 years old
