FHI 360 is looking for candidates to fill a part time internship position in the Education Policy and Data Center based in Washington, DC. EPDC is a research and analysis unit in the Global Learning Group of FHI 360. Job Summary / Responsibilities:
Specific job tasks may include the following:
Collecting education data from government/administrative, NGO or other online sources;
Updating and maintaining website pages and other online material such as country overview pages and profile series;
Contribute to ongoing research and technical publications on topics related to education in low-income/developing countries;
Assist in heightening EPDC’s visibility via social media and blogs
Bachelor’s degree required/Master’s degree in Education, International Development or related field is preferred;
Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);
Candidates should have some experience living and/or working overseas;
Ability to work independently as well as on a team;
Demonstrated communication skills;
Experience with Stata is highly desirable;
Language skills (Spanish, French, Arabic, etc) are a plus.
