To devise and execute workable strategies to achieve organisational targets and objectives.

 

Responsible for planning, directing and controlling the daily operations; ensures the development implementation, expansion, monitoring and evaluation of Company services, programs and projects.

Provide day-to-day leadership and support to all the Department.

 

To improve the performance of the business unit by expanding the business, ensuring quality driven customer services to increase market share and focusing on high yield premium revenue and contribution.

 

To monitor performance against Revenue and Profit Targets and the Key Performance Indicators for the business.

 

To manage existing Vendor relationships and develop new relationships to meet the agreed growth objectives of the business.

 

To monitor competitor companies market pricing, facilities and services and devise /implement appropriate business and sales strategies and tactics.

 

To lead, coach and train your team to enhance, optimize and align the performance of the team towards the business’s goals and objectives.

 

To assure that a quality service is provided to all our customers in a prompt and efficient manner.

* An IT / ISP Service background with a successful career history of 3-6yrs with adequate demonstration an ability to achieve targets / objectives, ensure customer satisfaction, develop vendor relationships and grow the business.

* Proven track record of setting up and successfully developing profitable new service operation.

* Excellent people management and motivational skills, high level of entrepreneurial skill, resilient and culturally sensitive with high communication and motivational ability.

* Excellent industry references.

* Strong interpersonal communication skills and ability to work independently & as a part of a team.

* Must have strong presentation and analytical skills.

* Ability to negotiate through a complex account process

* Must possess strong work ethics, integrity, professionalism and be able to perform independently. Must be a team player and a self-starter who can relate well to peers.
