Fortune Seeds Foundation is a faith-based NGO-MFI (Non Governmental Organization Microfinance Institution) committed to transforming lives by empowering individuals and households for wealth creation through the power of enterprise.

As a membership-based organization, Fortune Seeds offers member only savings-led financial services (as approved by CBN), focused at helping members escape the entanglement of poverty and move into the realm of wealth.

Fortune Seeds’ financial services are offered taking after the Savings Group model. As a membership based organization, registered members form themselves into Savings Groups, known as “Save it up for Increase (SifI)
Groups”, where they contribute agreed upon amounts weekly in a planned savings, which can be used to achieving a set goal in future. Members are given loans to enable them participate in income generating activities for wealth creation. About The Employment
The organization is massively recruiting result oriented individuals with value for humanity from all disciplines and qualifications to join her workforce as Member Relations Officers. The role holders are to
facilitate group formation/member enrolment, retention and servicing. They are to educate members and create awareness on services offered by the organization.
The role holders are also to provide foundational training for new members. The job role is field related and offers very flexible working conditions, including working from home. The recruitment exercise is for our offices in Abuja, Makurdi and Gboko.

Requirements
Excellent communications and presentation skills.
Must be able to communicate and explain in simple terms what Fortune Seeds stands for, her vision, mission and the services the organization offers.
Ability to build and maintain long term relationships
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Strategic planning/thinking. Must be able to develop simple but effective strategies for deepening outreach and membership growth
Must demonstrate high level of integrity and ability to build trust between the
organization, members and the general public
Must ensure that the needs of members are excellently met in a timely manner and Savings Groups operate according to design.

Experience and Qualification
Positions are available for both experience and inexperienced candidates. For experienced hires however, prior experience in microfinance, village banking, or community development/service will be an added advantage.
Minimum qualification is a National Diploma in any field.
