Plant Manager
Responsibilities
Direct and coordinate the daily operations of the factory
Work directly with heads of department to coordinate production, quality assurance, maintenance, distribution and procurement
Set and enforce company’s policies and procedures
Motivate staff to meet production goals
Responsible for upholding a safe work environment
Set up KPI targets which will result in increased productivity
Create a culture of continuous improvement of processes, productivity and efficiency
Provide leadership and training to accomplish the company goals and objectives
Job Requirements
Required Experience: 10-15 year(s)
Requirements
Graduate degree in business or technology management
10+ years experience in the manufacturing industry, especially in bottling companies
Must have worked as a production manager or a related function
Must demonstrate training and experience in managerial accounting, business finance, business strategy, supply chain management, cost accounting and human resources
