Under direct supervision, assists in the day-to-day accounting activities which may include maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger and/or in the preparation of basic financial reports.
Key responsibilities/accountabilities
Under direct supervision, assists in the day to day accounting activities which may include maintenance of a complete and accurate general ledger.
Administrator for the journal posting from GL generic mailbox
Conduct related GL closing activities ensuring that they are completed in time and accordance to the set guidelines
Assists on the statutory audit submission and requirement by the local regulatory
Assists the supervisor in completion of all audits request
Handles special projects, duties, as assigned
Knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures
Good attention to detail with good analytical skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Fluent in other language is a plus
Good PC skills
Ability to handle multiple activities successfully.
Essential qualifications/requirements
In your 2nd year or final year in Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance/Commerce
Preferred qualifications/requirements
Experience using Excel
