KEY ACCOUNT-ABILITIES

Key Account-abilities/Responsibility
§ Carry out management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending Human Resource policies and procedures. § Maintain the organisational work structure by updating job requirements and job description for all positions § Carry out the Company’s staffing plan by following the recruitment policy; educating managers on candidate selection and conducting interviews § Conduct induction, orientation or training programmes § Maintain the pay structure by conducting biennial pay surveys; yearly job evaluations, implementing pay structure revisions and preparing pay budgets. § Carry out the performance management policy of the Company by training managers, ensuring each employee achieves expected work output § Schedule management conferences with employees, hearing and resolving employee grievances, counselling employees and managers § Maintain employee benefit programme by studying and assessing benefit trends and needs, recommend changes to management; direct the processing of benefit claims, obtain and evaluate benefit bids, award benefit contracts, design and conduct educational programmes on benefit programmes § Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable Ghana Labour laws regarding human resources. Follow due process, maintain records and represent the Company at hearings. § Keep and maintain human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system for both past and present records. § Perform other incidental duties and related duties as required and assigned. |
