ActionAid Nigeria (located at plot 477, 41 Crescent off Saadu Zungur Avenue, Gwarinpa) is auctioning the following items and would like to open it to the public. If you are interested, kindly read through the rules and instructions for participation.
- Each bid should be enveloped; the code and description of the item bidding for should be clearly indicated on the envelope. INSIDE the envelope, kindly write your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, ITEM BIDDING FOR, CODE and the BID AMOUNT on a piece of paper.
- The submission of the bid will end on the 14th of March, 2016.
- Opening of bids will take place on Tuesday 15th March 2016 at ActionAid Nigeria office, Plot 477, 41 Crescent, Off Sa’adu Zungur Avenue, Gwarinpa, Abuja at 4.30pm.
- Items are open for inspection from Tuesday, March 8th 2016–Monday, 14th March 2016 between 10am and 3pm at the stated address
- Payment by successful bidder should be completed on or before 17th March, 2016 by 2.30pm after bid announcement. Failure to do this, the item goes to the second highest bidder
- All successful bidders should evacuate their items on or before 20th March, 2016.
- Failure to comply with the instructions automatically disqualifies the bidder.
